Questions
Asked and answered
If something is not here, email or call the kiosk.
Is sending a board an order?
No. It is a request. The store replies to confirm availability, the pickup time and the price, and tells you how to pay.
Where do the prices come from?
From the Sushi Hub Penrith 2 online ordering page on 8 October 2026, including GST. A saved board keeps its prices until you choose to update them.
How many pieces is a board?
Twelve rolls, each cut into four pieces: 48 pieces, for about four to five people.
How exact are the kilojoules?
Each roll uses its published nutrition panel with white rice. Drinks and sauces are not counted. Kilojoules are not updated when an item is customised.
Can I trust “not marked”?
A blank mark means the presence of that allergen has not been reported by suppliers. No food is sold as allergen-free. If you have an allergy, ask the store before you eat.
Why can’t I pick a window in the next two hours?
The app suggests windows at least two hours ahead so the store has time to read your request and reply. For something sooner, call the kiosk.
What happens on a public holiday?
NSW public holidays are marked in the day strip. Trading hours can differ, so the store confirms whether your window works.
Can I cancel?
The store’s terms: no changes once an order is confirmed and paid; cancelling 24 hours or more before pickup costs a $10.00 fee, and there is no refund less than 24 hours before.
Where is my board saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.

Design the board, send it yourself.
Twelve rolls from nineteen, the price, the kilojoules per person and every allergen mark while you design. Your request stays in your browser until you email it or call the kiosk. It is not an order until the store confirms it.
